Owner
Glenn Family Preschool has been providing childcare services for families in the Clarksville, Fort Campbell, Oak Grove, and surrounding areas since 2005. The program is a Tennessee state-licensed childcare home. Family childcare homes are licensed for a capacity of up to seven (7) children to one (1) caregiver. Mrs. Glenn started in the field of early childhood education with the Military Family and civilian families in the community. Mrs. Glenn and her husband are both veterans.
Ms. Glenn the caregiver, considers herself to be a fun and responsible caregiver. With ongoing training in child development through the Tennessee Early Childhood and Training Alliance (TECTA), professional development courses from Nashville State Community College, and earning her Child Development Associate, she strives to ensure her program provides quality care for families and children. They have two (2) adult children.
Core Values
Relationships that children and supportive adults share in rich environments for the most part bring intellectual and social benefits to both of them. As a result, children take in the valuable opportunities that allow them to develop a positive self-image, take comfort and pride in providing input and ideas, and learn to manage their emotions and impulse control in the presence of caring, knowledgeable adults. So, I do my best to ensure that each child's culture, language, ethnicity, and family structure are recognized and valued.

The hope of the program is to deliver care and education for young children of families within the community. Glenn Family Child Care aims to offer a high-quality set that is safe, healthy, nurturing, and responsive to children's needs. We want to foster children's growth and development during their early years so that it establishes the foundation for school readiness and success as they continue their education.
